Acquamarina.it can only accept orders for delivery in Italian territory. Any deliveries outside the Italian territory will be handled manually by our employees.
For each order placed on www.acquamarina.vr.it, Acquamarina S.R.L. issues an accompanying invoice for the material sent, pursuant to Article 14 of the Presidential Decree 445/2000. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible after its issue.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order. Nothing more is due by the Customer with respect to the total order shown at the end of the purchase procedure.
No responsibility can be attributed to Acquamarina S.R.L. in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
In case of delay in delivery not attributable to us, the customer has the right only to cancel the order and return the sums paid.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
1) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
2) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps); otherwise, the clause "ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" MUST be indicated in the courier's transport document, specifying in pen the description of the anomaly found (for example: UNCONDITIONED COLLAR, the package has a dent on the cardboard, the package has the packaging wet, the package has a hole in the cardboard etc. etc. etc.) otherwise Acquamarina srl will not accept complaints or replacements of the goods.
We always recommend, if there are suspicious noises inside the package, to put the words "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" on the courier's transport document and to indicate "Suspicious noises" even if the packaging is intact.
The delivery times of the ordered goods vary according to the availability of the same and the delivery method. Using express courier transport, the Customer will receive the ordered product in a variable time from 10 to 15 working days from the time of shipment.
In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the ordered items will be returned to our warehouses.
Any problems concerning the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery (the date shown in the courier's delivery note will be considered valid).
